Zwirner Equipment Company is looking for motivated and diversely experienced mechanics and machinists to join our growing team.
Duties Include
- Rebuild pumps
- Rebuild motors
- Rebuild other equipment
- Troubleshoot
- Machining and electrical knowledge a plus
- Must comply with all state and federal OSHA standards at all times
Position is full time, Monday-Friday 7:30a – 4:00p, overtime as needed. Compensation is based on experience, and test of skill and knowledge may be required prior to hire.
MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A MANUAL VERTICAL MILL AND ENGINE LATHE
General Requirements & Qualifications (All Positions)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be comfortable climbing tall ladders and working at elevated levels
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Must have strong attendance
- MUST comply with all OSHA and TOSHA safety regulations and wear proper and regulated headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses and clothing at all times
- Industry training provided for most positions. No prior experience is required if you are ready to learn quickly and work hard.
