We aim to treat every customer with the utmost importance and respect, no matter how much you spend or who you are. If you have a breakdown, we will get you back up in running in no time. Never done business with us? Not a problem, we will still take care of you! With our quick turnaround time and timely communication practices, working with ZEC is a satisfaction guaranteed choice.
How Is Our Turnaround Time Quicker?
Breakdowns, huge orders, and hard-to-find parts – we have heard (and helped) it all. Anything that can potentially slow down, or stop production is not good for a company. That is why we have made it our priority to minimize the time and costs associated with these issues.
New Demand. We will get calls from customers because they have a large order to fill. Getting an order from a big box store can mean strict and difficult deadlines. Unfortunately, if you don’t have enough equipment to fulfill this order in time, you pose the risk of losing the order. New equipment orders take anywhere from 14-16 weeks to deliver. Zwirner Equipment can get you equipment within 4-6 weeks max. Don’t lose that important business deal, and buy used equipment at Zwirner Equipment Company!
Emergency Breakdowns & Onsite Repairs. Breakdowns can create serious havoc for your production line. No company can afford a 4 week long downtime, which is what you should expect for a repair or new part. However, if you call ZEC for breakdown service, we will do what it takes to get you back up and running as quickly as possible, including working overtime. We have fixed breakdowns on numerous occasions in less than 24 hours!

Along with quick breakdown service, we offer onsite visits. If you have a breakdown that would require hauling or a piece of equipment that needs work, our onsite visits can save you a lot of time and money. Don’t stress about getting that tank removed from your plant and on a truck, we will come to you!
Reconditioning. Similar to breakdowns, having your equipment reconditioned can cause disruption in production. Here at Zwirner Equipment, we are mindful of your downtime. Our standard reconditioning timeline is 4-6 weeks, which can vary depending on the project and workload. No matter what, you can count on us to get the work done as quickly as possible, while maintaining quality work.
Part Replacement. Many plants will use the same equipment for over 50 years. Similar to vehicles, it can be very difficult and expensive to find part replacements for outdated equipment. If you run in to this problem, Zwirner Equipment will either find the part you need in our inventory, tailor a part to fit your needs, or build you a new part. If we have the part you are looking for in stock, we will send it next day air.
Quick Response Time
We want our customers to feel valued, and there is nothing more frustrating than waiting 4-5 days for a response. Below is our general rule of thumb for customer communication:
- Phone Calls: We aim to return phone calls the same day. You should expect a call back no later than 24 hours from the time you called us.
- Emails: We aim to return all received emails the same day. You should expect a reply no later than 24 hours from the time you emailed us.
- Quote Requests: Depending on the complexity of the quote, we get them out within 24-48 hours of the request.

Special Requests & Appointments
We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” type of motto. If you have a special request, we can more than likely accommodate that. Some examples of special requests include:
- Equipment Procurement: If we don’t have what you are looking for, we will assist you in finding what you need by contacting our direct relationships within the industry. We will even attend an auction on behalf of your company to help find you the best deals on the market.
- Evening & Weekend Appointments: We understand that working full-time can make it difficult to come look at equipment during normal hours of operation. If this is the case, call us to schedule an appointment in the evening or on the weekend.
